"I want to make sure that everyone knows what a great job Kelly did in arranging and managing our trip to Italy and Greece this summer. I gave her multiple hurdles to work with. I took three teenage grandchildren; I didn’t contact Kelly until early March with my request for her help and I listed several destinations and sightseeing locations for her to try to arrange. I didn’t want a bus tour but assisted sightseeing at various locations. She never wavered. And she provided us with what I was looking for.
I could not have done it — or anything close to it — without her help. She had everything arranged and documented so that we never felt left out on our own. The guides and transportation personnel that she arranged were always helpful and always waited for us when we were late getting to the location arranged due to delays. They were knowledgeable and friendly.
The directions that she provided were well organized and easy to follow. The Trip Plans app that she provided laid out and made sense of everything, even to a tech dinosaur like me. We saw everything that we wanted to see and more, and she went above and beyond when I left my wallet in the safe in a hotel in Athens, so that it was returned to me on our layover back in Athens on our way home.
In short, the trip was great, and she was great! She will be my first choice going forward and the first professional who comes to mind when I want to give a referral to anyone else."
