Your trip is almost here! Please review the itinerary and the attached documents. All of your documents are in the section called Information and Documents. They are also included each day in the event they are associated with. There is A LOT of information so please ensure everything is correct. If there is anything else you want added to your itinerary please provide me with the documents in a PDF or JPEG format and I'll add them.

Note...anything highlighted in RED means it needs your attention.

No Covid vaccinations are currently required to enter the countries you are visiting, however, please click HERE to double check before you leave and ensure you have the proper vaccinations and visas. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. Protocols can change so I recommend checking prior to departure. 

Within the itinerary you can click on the pictures and see the full view. 

Tag your luggage inside and out and take a picture of it in case it gets lost. Baggage loss has improved considerably but this is a good habit if you have a checked bag. For carry on information click HERE.

If you have a flight delay and miss a connection, please work directly with the airline first as they may have already booked you an alternative flight. I will always do my best from here to assist you as well. Keep ALL boarding passes and email confirmations in case you need to make a claim.
